PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. INTRODUCTION:
Q235B steel is a low carbon steel in Chinese standard, its chemical composition includes elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur. This steel has high strength and good weldability, and can be processed by cold bending, cutting, drilling, and other methods.

The production processes of Q235B U-shaped steel include hot rolling and cold bending. Among them, the hot rolling process is to heat the steel billet to a certain temperature and then roll it through a rolling mill to finally form the shape of U-shaped steel. The cold bending process is to bend the already rolled flat steel on a cold bending machine to form the shape of U-shaped steel.
